Tuesday 29th March 2011 AGM

There was a good attendance at the 37th AGM held at Ashwood Marina Social Club on the 29th March. This was followed by a fish and chip supper again from the excellent chip shop in Wallheath. 

Everyone thought that all our the speakers this year have been excellent and the club continues to do well. This year we had tried out some new ideas including an evening with Dick Brice: singer, sailor, poet and raconteur which went down particularly well. Tuesday 15th March 2011 Quiz and Photo Competition

Our last evening before the end of season AGM was a very enjoyable one thanks to a great deal of effort by Ken who presented an excellent quiz.  Bob had organised a members photo competition and the standard of entries really was excellent.  Andrea very kindly provided a lovely array of nibbles.  Yet again a very good 'home grown' evening.

Tuesday 30th March 2010 36th AGM

There was an excellent attendance at the 36th AGM held at Ashwood Marina Social Club last Tuesday. This was followed by a fish and chip supper from the excellent chip shop in Wallheath and a bring and buy sale of nautical books and boat bits and bobs.

Everyone agreed that all our the speakers this year have been excellent and the club continues to thrive.

New members are always welcome and the new committee meets on April 13th to begin planning for the new season in October. Watch this space!

Tuesday 31st March 2009 35th AGM

The Club held its 35th Annual General Meeting on 31st March 2009.
Following the AGM a fish and ship supper, boat jumble and website discussion were held.

The Club is now closed for the Summer sailing season but the committee are busy arranging the 2009 - 2010 programme. Please visit our Autumn page for updates on this.

If anyone would like to offer a talk to the Cub please make contact with us!
