On Tuesday, Paul Wooddisse, a member of the club, gave us another very interesting presentation about his adventures as Skipper and RYA Cruising Instructor aboard his boat L'Ecume Des Mers around the Islands and waters of NW Scotland. It is clear that Paul is a very good cook and takes great pride in not only ensuring his pupils and crew have a very good course/cruise but they are also fed very well too! Tuesday 17th February Paul Wooddisse - St. Kilda

Another full house! Paul Wooddisse gave us a very interesting insight into one of the UK's more remote yet delightful cruising grounds off the NW coast of Scotland. He told how all the Islanders had to leave the Island in the 1930's. St. Kilda is now only inhabited by the birds - and lots of them. A delightful place to visit in the right weather.
